shinkansen SG I think SMRT should consider this, the train operator should horn before entering the station at about 30m to warn the passangers that the train is approuching.
SMRT SG Sometimes that might not help the situation at all, at times I've heard the operator horning & my guess is that the commuters are standing to close to the yellow line...
Casper1 SG I think a lady was knocked down by a train towards Jurong East at 3.20 pm on Mar 2 2007, not 3.30pm.
shinkansen SG I know that the horning is annoying but it does help to give that person a wake.I know that those communter train or freight train do horn and at the same time it also activate the bell to warn that the train / locomotive is approaching. I think if you got play the MS Train Simulator you will know it.
tintinspartan SG Oh No!!! I missed the action. My friends were caught inside a C751B and told me about them ‘suffering’ like hell. Well, I was strung to my bed with a swollen angkle at that time. Missed it, man!!!!!
